  • Q: What does Chase cost to implement?
    • A: There is a nominal installation charge for each user, thereafter a monthly fee for each user license. License fees differ per module.
  • Q: What database does Chase use?
    • A: Chase uses Microsoft SQL Express or, if the client chooses, Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Q: What about backups?
    • A: The Chase database has an integrated scheduler that backs up automatically each working day. However, it is the clients responsibility to check the backups and to save a copy offsite.
  • Q: What about training?
    • A: The Chase installation fee includes start-up training. Ad hoc training sessions are also organised where necessary. The Chase call centre can also be contacted for help.
  • Q: What about support?
    • A: The monthly rental scheme includes ongoing support via mail and telephone. Regular site visits are planned to address issues which cannot be resolved remotely.
